ACCOUNT ASSISTANT


JOB DESCRIPTIONS



  • Report & assist Account Executive in accounting and administrative duties.

  • Assist in maintain full set accounts.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filling.

  • Preparation of inter-company billing / Monitor payments due in accordance to procedures and credit terms.

  • Update monthly accounting schedule and report.

  • Provide accurate and prompt financial reporting, reconciliation of bank statement & customer / supplier.

  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Candidates must possess at least a Post Graduate in Finance/ Accountancy / LCCI.

  • Computer literate on Microsoft Office.

  • Possess 1 – 2 years of working experience in related field.

ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTIONS EXECUTIVE


JOB DESCRIPTIONS



  • Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.

  • Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.

  • Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.

  • Manage the photo shoots sessions, models contracts, events and commercials.

  • Confer with clients to provide marketing or technical advice.

  • Confer with department heads or team to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.

  • Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and research.

  • Train and direct workers engaged in developing and producing advertisements.

  • Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.

  • Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.

  • Identify and develop contact for promotional campaign and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets such as dealers, distributors, or consumers.

  • Read trade journals and professional literature to stay informed on trends, innovations and changes that affect media planning.

  • Consult publications to learn about conventions and social function and to organize prospect files for promotional purposes.

  • Assemble and communicate with a strong, diverse coalition of organization or public figures, securing their cooperation, support and action, to further campaign goals.


REQUIREMENTS



  • At least Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent.

  • 2-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Possess good computer skills.

  • Excellent time management, planning, organizational and project management skill.

  • Good communication skill verbal and written in English & Malay.

CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE


JOB DESCRIPTIONS



  • Manage the company’s debtor’s accounts, including opening and credit checking new accounts.

  • Regular and effective contact with debtors to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.

  • Achieve and maintain debtor day’s outstanding targets as set for the position.

  • Weekly debtor ageing reviews and resolve payment discrepancies to ensure compliance.

  • Perform credit references and credit application checks before customers account is setup.

  • Ensure there are no overdue balances in cash sales account.

  • Propose bad debt provision when necessary as per the company credit policy.

  • Keeping up-to-date with company credit control process and implement improvements where required.

  • Promote and work with all tenants to ensure uniform quality standards in all areas of the business.

  • Maintain clear and precise records of credit control activities and follow up on progress.

  • Monitor closely key account tenants and remain abreast with current situation to ensure that collectability is not jeopardised.

  • Responsible to support, implement and handle the efficiency and effectiveness of the credit control process.

  • Monitor and maintain an efficient full spectrum of credit control and collection activities in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor and take prompt actions on overdue accounts for efficient debt recovery.

FASHION DESIGNER


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • In house designer for hijab and ready-to-wear clothing.

  • Responsible for entire product design process (designing, sketching, techniques and fabrics, colors, trim, sewing etc.).

  • Creative, innovation and flair in identifying idea to be developed.

  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.

  • Excellent interpersonal skill, communication, planning, group presentation skill and meticulous.

  • To liaise with supplier on design and fabrication, samples, price, delivery and QC.

  • Able to work for an extra hours.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing.

  • Preferably with 2 years & above experience in garments/fashion industry or equivalent.

  • Good fashion sense, trend, oversee samples & pattern production.

  • Required language in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

  • Good organization and time management.

  • Sewing beads will be an added advantage.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Design graphic for online and offline content (poster, banners and animations) create artwork for social media interaction, contents, site promotion and other campaigns.

  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts and developing interactive design.

  • Able to presenting finalized ideas and concepts.

  • Works well in a team and have the necessary interpersonal skill to liaise with bosses.

  • Able to perform ad-hoc tasks.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

  • Strong skill in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (AI), Illustration and In Design.

  • Preferably with 2 years & above experience in related field. However, fresh graduate are welcome to apply with strong portfolio.

GST EXECUTIVE


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • To understand and to analyze the different type of business models and processes.

  • Able to generate a GST implementation plan under supervision.

  • To assist and monitor the GST implementation processes.

  • To provide on-going advice and solutions on GST implementation and submission.

  • To supervise the GST team internally and externally.

  • Preparation of GST reports and presentations on GST audit findings and recommendation.

  • Assisting in developing GST Audit Plan based on appropriate risk-based methodology and conducting detailed planning for proposed GST audit areas including preparation of GST audit programs.

  • Assisting in formulating audit methodologies and processes that govern the conduct of audits including audit techniques to be applied.

  • Assisting in progressing appropriate recommendations to be address in audit issues, ensuring proper documentation of work papers, and preparation of report and conducting appropriate follow-up actions.


QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING EXPERIENCES



  • Degree or in Accountancy / Finance.

  • Minimum 1 years’ working experience in accounting / tax / firm.

  • Equipped with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) knowledge.

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Malay language.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.
