The term Wool was coined from an old English word “wull”, originated from Germany. Wool had an old history dated back to three thousand years where people used it to crafting different types of garments. In the present day, Wool is still being used heavily on apparel whereby it is produced in around 2 million tons annually and 60% of it gone to the fashion industry.
The materials for Wool come from fine and soft curly hair that is obtained from sheep, goats, or other animals. It is prepared for the making of clothes or yarns. The fabric consists of a thick characteristic and strong ability to absorb sweat. Therefore, it receives popularity to produce coats, jackets, scarves, skirts and other fashion accessories.
